The MBA is the premier qualification for individuals wishing to progress to a strategic level in their organisations. This programme offers:
- A sound integration of theory and practice;
- Development of personal managerial skills;
- Instruction in techniques of strategic analysis;
- A comprehensive introduction to functional aspects of business;
- Opportunities for specialisation;
- A personal approach to course delivery and management.
The MBA programme combines a rigorous grounding in the key elements of knowledge, skills and understanding necessary to participants to operate effectively as strategic general managers in a service driven environment. There is a practical focus to the MBA ? high-level theory is presented and discussed, but the emphasis is on its application to real business situations. Personal skills are developed, for example, by managing conflict, creating and using influence, and being creative in problem solving. Teaching groups are small as we believe that personal attention is essential for success on MBA courses.
